No Show & Rescheduling Policy
All deposits for all bookings and product purchases are nonrefundable. Please note that all Permanent Cosmetics, Restorative Tattooing, Areola Tattooing, and tattoo Removal require a $100 deposit at the time of scheduling. This will be applied to your follow-up appointment cost. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, and we will transfer your deposit to the new appointment.
For all Cosmetic and Medical Spa services (e.g., waxing, sugaring, facials, peels, Procell-Pro, eyelash, and non-tattoo eyebrow services—not all-inclusive), we require a card on file when booking. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment are subject to a “50% of service” charge. All no-shows and missed appointments will be charged “50% of service” booked.
For all Permanent Makeup Courses, a nonrefundable Deposit is due two weeks before training, and all training costs are nonrefundable after the first day of training.
Late Fee
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and “50% of service” will be charged to the card on file. You will also need to reschedule online and a new deposit will be required. For all Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing, Tattoo Removal, Areola Tattooing and Tattooing, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your $100 deposit and a new one will need to be made online at time of rebooking.
All of our appointments are scheduled to make sure each client is given the appropriate amount of time needed for his or her procedure. When a client is late it requires us to move things around, as well as make sure we are not rushing our appointment. We like to give everyone as much privacy and comfort as possible, so it is imperative you be on time for your scheduled procedure. Thank you.
